Patient Care Coordinator Position Available

Due to continued growth, we are adding a new Patient Experience Coordinator to our team. We are a family-owned and operated company with over 30 years of service history in the hearing aid industry across Oklahoma and are looking for a candidate to help support our expansion.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing our patients experience in our waiting area.
Assisting with clinic management, inbound and outbound phone calls, appointment scheduling, and making sure our facilities are clean and well organized.
General cleaning and maintenance of hearing instruments. 

This is a core position on our team - Applicants should expect a period of mentorship and training. Previous office reception experience is preferred but not required.
