We will NOT bill you or your insurance for this service.

• Quarterly service
  - Re-tube BTE ear molds
  - Replace disposable ear tips
  - Clean or replace wax filters

• Quarterly video otoscopy
• Annual hearing tests
• Referrals and documentation to hearing health care medical professionals

How the hEAR gEAR Lifetime Hearing Benefits program works:

Who qualifies for these benefits?
Any hearing aid user who schedules routine quarterly follow-up visits. We encourage patients who purchased elsewhere to take advantage of this program. 

What if my hearing aids are old and out of warranty?
The age of your hearing aids has no effect on program eligibility.

How much time is involved?
The visits will take approximately 30 minutes.

Where can I get my free batteries?
We will provide a three month supply of batteries at the end of each quarterly appointment. We will not ship batteries or provide batteries outside of the quarterly visit parameters.

What will the visits cost?
These visits are complimentary.
